Shmukler's Retirement and Care Homes is a Real Estate Brokerage specializing in Residential Care Homes (RCH). We cover the entire province of Ontario as far north as Thunder Bay, east to Cornwall and west to the Windsor area.

Trading in RCH's requires specialized knowledge of the various aspects of the industry such as:

Michael Shmukler - P.Eng. - Broker of Record

Michael has been in the real estate business for 30 years which has given him invaluable experience. He has lived through many real estate cycles giving him with invaluable experience for long term planning. His role as a Real Estate Broker is to be a consultant and a facilitator for real estate transactions. Michael's business philosophy is that every real estate transaction needs a willing buyer and a willing seller. The broker's task is to build trust so both parties feel comfortable with the transaction. This requires building trust on both sides, providing relevant credible information and guiding the parties to completing the transaction. It also requires the broker have absolute integrity and knowledge to build confidence to complete the transaction successfully. Michael has owned several construction companies in the past and is also a licensed professional engineer.
